La Vista Suites
Lavitsa suites are an exceptional blend of modern architecture, luxury, and enchanting sea views. Beautiful neutral and warm colors counterbalance natural elements in both the outside and inside design of this striking property that boasts a spacious roof terrace pool. By installing the revolutionary ventilated Laminam facades, Lavista achieved superb insulation without sacrificing its elegant minimalist aesthetics. Taking advantage of the material’s unsurpassed aesthetic and technical properties, Laminam was also used for floors, in combination with sophisticated Keope porcelain stoneware. Hansgrohe and Easy Drain n elements we installed in the bathroom and pool, ensuring the flow of the central theme of contemporary luxury. The whole effect was rounded by premium exterior furniture from Ethimo.
