Private residence Split
The ventilated façade project on a private residence in Split was completed using a contemporary ventilated cladding system with large-format porcelain slabs by Laminam, sized 1000 × 3000 mm and 5+ mm thick. The selected Pietra di Savoia collection, in Perla, Grigio, and Antracite shades, offers a refined interpretation of natural stone and perfectly complements the Mediterranean setting and the home’s modern architectural expression.
The ventilated façade system ensures high energy efficiency, long-term structural protection, and excellent resistance to weather conditions, while the large-format slabs create a sleek, monolithic appearance with minimal joints. A particularly distinctive feature of this project is the roofing executed in the same Laminam material, achieving visual continuity and architectural purity of form.
