With the opening of Molum Hotel & Residences 5*, Filip Jakov has become a new premium destination on the Croatian coast. The resort offers a blend of contemporary design, Mediterranean tradition, and personalized service, along with numerous top-tier amenities, making it a perfect destination for guests seeking a combination of relaxation and glamour. We contributed to the luxurious interior with the Laminam brand, which was used for the resort’s floor and wall coverings in the spa zone and buffet area, the ventilated façade at the entrance reception portal, kitchen cladding and worktops, as well as washbasin countertops. Molum Hotel & Residences 5* is also fitted with Keope tiles, Rosa Gres pool ceramics, Laufen sanitary ware, Inda bathroom accessories and Joenfa furniture. Located in one of the most beautiful parts of Dalmatia, overlooking the Pašman Channel and close to Zadar and the Kornati Islands, the resort is ideal for guests seeking natural beauty and tranquility.
